Fiji Foods

Fijian foods are like many polynesian places and if you live in a village you will eat lots of fish.  These Fijians love fish and remember Una our maid who loves to relax.  Everyday she asks us to bring her some fish.  Here she is hard at work lounging with the boys eating tomato potato chips.

Dinner we tried a spot called Baka blue.  A New Orleans type of menu and we ate chicken pasta, salad, mac and cheeze this night.

Lunch we tried a veggie pizza, chicken soup, and another chicken marsalla dish.  The soup was little spicy and James added some flavor to Owens dish as he sneezed while eating and unloaded it all over Owen.  You had to be there because it was classic.
Another dinner we ate at the Pearl hotel and they cook up your catch for FJ$15=USD$9.  We had steamed Uku, fish/chips with a mu, and raw mu poke in coconut milk.
