Kaboom!

You gotta put your time in the water if you want to catch fish! Simply put sitting on the couch won't cut it.
Al is hard core crew and is amazing and awesome friend to see in action. A few stretches after working all night and we jam!

Put out our favorite team players in the line up and kaboom!

Both of us was beat and sore after this one.

Solid fish!

Reset our lines and kaboom again! What another one? Our arms were beat by now.

What an amazing day! Thanks to Al and our land crew for all their help behind the scenes. If it wasn't for them we be bolo head coming in. by the way if anyone looking for fresh ahi hit me up.

Beast mode

This ahi season has been awesome so far! If the fish are around you gotta go! Luckily the Red Sea boat can handle and so can my crew. Today Al was solid as a rock with a good 2 hours of sleep the night before.

Then in the blind a beast pulls down the portrigger and begins to spool the 130 reel. 45 minutes later we finally land it.

Then another blind strike!

We end up with 3 fish for a nice haul. Today was a special day as our aunty Liz who passed away a few years ago was her birthday today and we were blessed to catch our biggest ahi to date. 210 lbs gill and gutted. Thanks to our land crew, 2 old crows, cat and James for all their help.

Marking lines

Some fisherman count the amount of seconds when letting out their lines. Others guess the distance. For me I like to know exactly where my lures are located so I mark my lines. Hope this helps us catch more fish consistently.
