Then went to see my nephews jam in their marching band.  Good job boys!

Otaru Mix

Other day we had a malolo or flying fish fly into my intake of my bait well.  It was one in a million chance for it to plug but it did.

We were fortunate to find the pile and load up on some Otaru, ono, mahi and marlin.

lots big 20 plus pounders.

And small marlin was perfect size.  Mahalos to my crew Al and Brent along with mama and papa and cat crow for the land assist.

Grade A+

Got lucky last week with this guy!  Its best to fish with low expectations so when you catch one of these Ahis it's just bonus.  We were very lucky to land this fish as the hook was barely hanging on to his lip.  With good teamwork my crew got it on board.

We were lucky to find a large piece of rubbish and grab a few more fish to the cooler.  Mahis, Ono and Otarus were in the mix.

Of course we take good care of each fish so the quality is Grade A+.

Gold Fever

Red Skies in the morning sailors delight, Red Skies at night sailors take warning.  Tropical storm Flossie was coming so we was going!  Big east swells and moderate light winds made it ideal.

Non stop action with Brent, Al and Cat.  Mahi is the king.

End of the day we were spent.  Al had no sleep the night before but still worked hard all day.

Mahis are gold now!

Time to offload and cut fish.  Mahalos to our crew for another fabulous day!
