Yakudoshi Fishing

Winds were up but needed to get fish for my friends birthday party. Al, Keith and I gave it a go!
Conditions were rough but boys worked hard. Al spotted a few high flyers taking notes from James technique.
Then we found the action! Rigger pops!
Fish on!
Then another Ono hits my gaji lure.
Then the center pole slams down. The reel screams and up comes the prize! Huge Otaru!
Head back in after lunch to clean fish for the party.
Got to the party with Lotsa Ono food.
Pupus from today.
Travis slaved all day cleaning house and making Lau Lau and stew. His family and friends there to celebrate this special day.
Happy yakudoshi birthday Trav! Stay healthy and dive safe!
