Surviving the Na Pali Coast

We went over to Kauai's Napali Coast to do some filming this weekend and we had a blast! "Surviving" the elements with nothing but the bare minimum was our plan and with dive gear and kayaks in hand we were ready for action. Jared Furusho was excited as the rest of us packing his fins and hoping for the best conditions.
This was my first trip to the Na Pali Coast and definitely not the last. Breathtaking mountains and deep underwater caves with spectacular views.
We slept on the beach under the stars and almost found overselves to be "road kill" at 2 am. more to come on this later.

Kevin, Tom, Brandon, Jon (Uku), Jared, Allan were the survivors here. What a great weekend in Kauai with non-stop action in and out of the water!

Kyle thank you for this past weekends adventure. We survived some challenges like sharks, flipped kayaks, crazy trucks drive fast on the sand, current and deep diving. The underwater scenery was spectacular, and even more powerful was the majestic cliffs of the Napali Coast. It was great share this adventure with new and old friends. If I did it again, I would stay an extra day to take more of it in. Mahalo to Red Sea Ocean Adventures and all the crew, Harry Shigekane and Allen Yanko of the Happy Hunter, and everyone that participated. I look forward to my next adventure with Red Sea Ocean Adventures.

Jon,
Everything came together perfectly! The "X" factor and keeping it all real made for a very interesting ending..ssshhh gotta wait for the show to see the rest of the story. Like Tom said we did so much in one weekend, another day would have been nice just to relax. I skimmed through my footage and you guys will dig this show! Mahalo again for everyones support!
