Adventure 101

Woke up 4 am to get the Red Sea boat ready for a full day of fun!

My crew Jon and Al took a quick power nap as it would be a long day.  We found some fish for dinner, more photos to come. 

But we were excited to take my 101 year old uncle fishing.

Uncle Joe Todoroki just made 101 years old and loves to catch akule.

We got to our spot and he was so excited to fish he couldn't finish eating.

Al and Jon were on it and made this experience awesome!

Evening came and the bite was on!

He got one, two...ten and was like a young man again.

What a amazing day! Thank you to Uncle Joe and my crew on board and at the dock for making this day so special.

Start 2017

2017 is here! Got my new passport and excited to see what adventures will arise. 

First food

First meal of 2017. Mochi soup and egg white with fresh orange juice.

First lunch, jj bistro lamb.

So happy to receive this beautiful Tokoro board 5'10 4x model. I can't wait to ride it! Mahalo Wade!

Birthday 101

A very special uncle made it to 101 years old yesterday. A man of integrity, respect and role model for my family. All of us would want to be as healthy and sharp when we age.

Happy birthday uncle Todoroki we love you and thank you for all you have done for all of us.  If it wasn't for you getting me your pride and joy boat I would never know of how much of a blessing it is to share fish with others.

5-banger

Fishing day with Al and Jon on board the Red Sea boat. We were on a mission to catch fish for the new year.

Seas were rough so boys took their bird watching positions. But this wouldn't be for long. We found some birds and was able to get a couple scores on the board. It always nice to take the pressure off early by putting fish in the cooler.

Shibis and akus started biting our gaji lures and even got our first 5 banger. We were too busy to film but grabbed a few photos for our memories.

More action and we were running out of ice. Our cooler was overflowing!

The final tally and great way to end the year. Thanks to my crew and family for always being there to help. Looking forward to what 2017 will bring!
