First Winter Swell

North shore has awaken!  First winter swell of the season and lots of big waves.  Every surfer anticipates the drive over the hill as the waves outside become clear.

Best spot today with the rest of Hawaii.  Got a few waves with Wade Tokoro before it got to crowded. We waited long for the bombs but was able to grab a couple sets.  Looking forward to another fun season of winter waves!

Hurricane Matthew Hits Florida Hard

Got Fish!

Woke up early 3:30 am and headed shopping with al and Jon.  Winds were up but we were determined to get some sash.

Rough seas so better lie down.

Got lucky!  Nice shibi hit our corner pole and we got it on ice.

We love akus in our family so everyone was happy.

Jon wanted to eat it fresh so wrapped it up in ti-leaf and was about to eat it.

Got fish for our family.

Eat now!  Doesn't get any fresher than this!
