Team USA Photoshoot day

Relaxing day! Enjoyed my first Greek salad then got ready for our photoshoot.
I had some time to kill so decided to hike up the mountain to check out this building.
Looked like a church of some sort.
But views were amazing!
Spectacular scenery.
Took some photos of team USA.
One group shot then did some target practice.
And enjoyed the afternoon glow of Greece.

Dolphin bay resort

After a good rest last night I awoke to a beautiful sunny day. This is my home at dolphin bay resort.  Seems like a popular place to stay.
View from above the bay.
Outdoor veranda.
Beautiful breakfast to start my day. Target practice photo shoot is today's plan.

Travel Done

930 pm off the ferry ready for a hot shower.
Checkin at dolphin bay hotel and meet the team! Talk story and strategy meeting.
Team USA!
30th CMAS world spearfishing championships.

Let's Fly!

Hopped on a plane for another long journey! 2 days of travel to do!
Then 1 hour bus ride now a 4 hour ferry ride next.
But first gotta fuel up to fill my stomach. Smoked salmon penne pasta with full and cream sauce. I'm not sure if I'm eating breakfast, lunch or dinner?

Paradise Found

Life on the dream is simply amazing.  Super clean boat, well maintained with all the luxuries of home.

Last time James surfed was last year on our trip and somehow pulled off the 8 hour sessions with ease putting in the most time in the water.

Beautiful white sandy beaches and coconut trees galore.

Pierre loves to go left and here he is getting in some water time.

Sams smile says it all and this lucky boy has a bright future in surfing.  This 14-year old has no clue to what pokemon go is, doesn't have a ds machine, is home schooled, speaks french, english and indonesian has a great attitude, lots of respect, travels the world by himself and willing to learn anything we teach him.

Sam boosting an air!  Well time to get back on the grid and back to reality.  Just in time to join the crowd back home and next south bump.  We were very fortunate to get great waves on this trip (best all summer), an awesome group and look forward to next years back to paradise.  Until next time….Teremakasih!
